In the academic world, when a student enrols in an intensive course or an Erasmus in Tallinn, besides wanting to develop their intellectual capacities, is expected to make the most of the features and capabilities that Tallinn and its location offers.

Initially, students require an accommodation in the "academy" from the university or other “hostel” that has a partnership with it, perhaps for lack of other solutions, or because it seems best suited as a first step.


After settling there in spite of being very close to the university, are completely out of an entire circuit required, all that they expected to enjoy. Share a room with a stranger of the same sex (or not), have times of entry on the premises (in some cases), being constantly harassed by “party” students, not counting of course the distance that separates it from "civilization." It’s True, it’s mandatory to use the "trolley" to go anywhere, to the supermarket, to pharmacy, to cinema, to shopping centre, and above all, the historical centre of Tallinn.

What most students do not know is that the values of rental real estate in Estonia are very affordable and very comfortable. In centre Tallinn we do not need public transportation, everything is within our reach in walks of 10 minutes.

The historical centre, the varieties, museums and theatres, even walking we can “travel” in Scandinavia, where we catch the Ferry to Helsinki or a bus to Russia, Lithuania, Poland and others. The idea is, once you are here you can always check other countries, other cities.

In addition to providing a total independence, the quality of life is vastly improved, and thus, students can manage better their time, their schedules, and of course, maximizing the most of their stay in this wonderful country.
